Jerónimo and Pablo are the creators of SparkLab—two 16-year-old friends who decided to turn their questions into a platform for collective learning. They’re driven by curiosity, a desire to understand the world of entrepreneurship, and the belief that starting something is one of the best ways to make a positive impact on society.
They grew up in environments where business was part of the conversation, but noticed that in their schools and among their friends, it rarely came up. So they decided to light the spark.
Today, they research, ask questions, interview, and learn—sometimes as themselves, sometimes alongside guests, and often by simply letting the unexpected surprise them. But always with the same goal: to share, connect, and keep the spark alive.
SparkLab – Igniting Mindsets. Shaping Futures.
In many developing countries, the main barrier to youth entrepreneurship is not a lack of ideas or effort, but deep mindset gaps and missing life skills that trap generations in informal, low-growth ventures and survival mode.
In this video, the founders of SparkLab share their vision of how the platform they created intervenes where the cycle begins, by transforming how young people think and reshaping what they build. Through a structured journey of Inspiration, Formation, and Mobilization, SparkLab equips youth with the mindset, skills, and confidence to turn ideas into meaningful action.
At SparkLab, we believe enterprise is a force for good.
And when mindset changes, new futures become possible.
