Skills to entrepreneur in your Life

SparkLab Superpowers: Sparks we learn from real entrepreneurs

At Fundación Hogar Nueva Granada, something special happens every Wednesday: a group of students gathers to analyze SparkLab videos and interviews… and discover their own superpowers.

Through their Entrepreneurship Club —an initiative created as part of the SparkLab project— these young leaders have learned that entrepreneurship doesn’t start with a business plan, but with a life plan. A plan built on skills that transform the way they think, create, and act.

Along the way, students have identified and trained the 14 SparkLab skills: Curiosity, Emotional intelligence, Analytical thinking, Critical thinking, Creativity, Boldness, Challenger mindset, Problem-solving mindset, Tech-forward mindset, Continuous learning, Adaptability, Self-confidence, Bridge-builder, and Impact amplifier.

In this clip, they share how learning from real entrepreneurs helped them see themselves as future creators —young people capable of designing their life projects and generating meaningful impact.

Here, SparkLab reveals its deepest social mission: igniting sparks that transform lives, communities, and destinies.

✨ Because where a spark is born, a transformation is born.
